Ep 43: Are you Busy or just doing a lot of Busywork with Roxanne Wilson?

How often would you say you hear the word busy? I hear it a dozen times a day – on social media, in articles – my friends and family members say it all the time. Heck, I even say the word at least once a day!

But are we sabotaging our success and happiness by  using the word busy??? Language is important, it frames how we feel about ourselves and our lives. What if selecting this word to describe how much stuff we have to do is the secret thorn in our sides? And what if feeling free-er in our days can start with reframing our relationship with the word, “busy.”

If you’ve ever said that you’re busy, then you’ll want to listen to this podcast – because I can promise then when it’s done – you'll be a lot closer to finally feeling like what you're doing is enough.
